A name meaning 'Starwards', referring to the island on which the realm of Númenor was founded.

Notes

1	The name Elenna was Elvish in origin; its equivalent in the Adûnaic tongue of the Númenóreans was apparently Gimlad, though this name is not recorded in the canonical sources.
