Lampwrights’ StreetRath Celerdain in Minas TirithA wide street in the lowest of the seven circles of Minas Tirith, whose name in Elvish was Rath Celerdain. The street ran towards the Great Gate, and it was along this roadway that Pippin and Bergil walked to see the entry of the allies of Gondor. The Old Guesthouse stood on the Lampwrights' Street, a grey stone building with a green space between its two wings. Notes
