A group of three feast days of the Shire Calendar that fell around Mid-year's Day (in a leap year, the Lithe also included the special feast-day of the Overlithe). Two of these Lithedays were actually named 'Lithe': 1 Lithe fell on modern 21 June, while 2 Lithe usually fell on modern 23 June, but on 24 June in a leap year.
