Chica ChubbOne of Bilbo Baggins’ four auntsA descendant of the Chubb family, a little-known but evidently important clan among the Shire-hobbits (Chica's relative Adamanta was the wife of Thain Gerontius the Old Took). Chica herself married into the Baggins family, becoming the wife of Bingo Baggins, and a further indication of the prominence of her family was the fact that she took a double-barrelled married name, giving rise to the Chubb-Baggins branch of the family. Chica and Bingo had one known son, Falco Chubb-Baggins, and one known granddaughter, Poppy Chubb-Baggins. Chica's husband Bingo was the youngest brother of Bungo Baggins, and Bungo was the father of the famous Bilbo Baggins. Chica thus became an aunt of Bilbo through marriage, and she lived at time when her brother-in-law Bungo excavated Bag End - Bilbo's later residence - into Hobbiton Hill. She would likely have seen her nephew Bilbo disappear from the Shire and be declared dead, only to reappear a year later (we do not know Chica's dates in detail, but she would probably have been about sixty years old when these famous events occurred).
