Marjoram

A low-growing green herb with a sweet flavour, found by Bilbo Baggins growing in the valleys on the eastern side of the Misty Mountains alongside other herbs and plants: thyme, sage and rockroses. Marjoram was also found in Ithilien far to the south of the Misty Mountains, where it grew alongside sage and thyme as well as many other plant varieties.
