Lupus VI is a dark cloud belonging to the extensive Lupus Cloud Complex, although Lupus VI itself is not in Lupus, but primarily within its eastern neighbour Scorpius. The star cluster shining against the dark background near the centre of this image is the open cluster C75 or NGC 6124, which is actually far more distant than the intervening cloud of Lupus VI.
